Blood Pressure Problems:

Blood pressure is not a disease. It is an indicator of the body. Some basic causes of blood pressure are our lifestyle such as not doing exercise, consuming food such as acidic food, too much salt, spicy, tea, coffee, alcohols, fried heavy food, junk food, tobacco, etc. working beyond capacity, etc.

High blood pressure gives signals to us regarding the following diseases those are –

  1. Brain ailments – such as stress, tension, anger, etc
  2. Arteries blockage – blockage in arteries due to high cholesterol
  3. Kidney ailments – some inefficiency in kidney functions.
  4. Liver ailments – constipation, indigestion, increase cholesterol in blood
  5. Heart problems – pain in chest, palpitation,
  6. Lungs problems – too much smoking and living in high pollution area.

Some of the diseases happen due to continuous high Blood pressure are – 

  1. Heart attack or stroke.
  2. Heart failure.
  3. Kidney problems.

Naturopathy Treatment for Blood Pressure (High BP or Low BP):

Depending upon the patient condition, treatment should be recommended. Initially, person should go on approximately one week fast by using the lemon water, coconut water, honey water, vegetables juice i.e. Amla, Tomato, Spinach leaves, Cucumber, Carrot, Cabbage, Fenugreek leaves, Mustard green leaves, White Petha, bottle gourd,  etc.  

Daily drinking of carrot juice and spinach juice in 3 : 1 ratio helps to cure all types of blood pressure. Butter milk, water of coriander leaves, 25 ml of sweet Margosa’s juice is beneficial in blood pressure.

After one week, in breakfast, person should consume the sprouted cereals and pulses, raw fruits and vegetables, dry fruits (i.e. Raisin, Almond, Walnut, and Fig) after 12 hours of soak time. Person should follow the meal pattern in Lunch and Dinner such as salad, sprouts and homemade simple cooked food in minimum oil, salt should be used as much as  minimum. Consumed salads and sprouts before meal because this provides in sufficient amount of nutrition and roughage to improve the digestion system. Vegetables juice like spinach leaves, mustard green leaves, fenugreek leaves, cabbage, cucumber, carrot, beat root, tomato, Amla, etc. and fruits like guava, grapes, papaya, orange, pineapple, etc. is also very helpful to cure all types of chronic and lifestyle disease. Basically Blood pressure is a indicator of chronic & lifestyle diseases.

Basically, food should contain antioxidant vitamin A, C and E. After one week, Person should take Chapatti which made of mix whole grains flour such as Wheat, Jau, soya, black gram, Jwar, Ragi, Makka, etc. Person should consume at least 60 to 70% diet in the form of raw or uncooked food.
